By downloading, installing, or using any skknexus mobile applications or visiting the skknexus.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our services.

1. The service

skknexus provides software applications and related websites. You acknowledge that certain of our services or features may rely on third-party computational algorithms and language model APIs which may occasionally generate inaccurate results. Our applications are designed as helpful assistive tools; you should always verify critical calculations, decisions, or generated information independently.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Certain skknexus applications offer premium subscription tiers (e.g., weekly or monthly plans). If you choose to subscribe:

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed natively through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat. You will be billed immediately upon confirmation or at the end of any stated trial period.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple ID account settings or Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are handled by the respective app store platforms and are governed by their refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps and services only for lawful, personal, and appropriate purposes. You may not use our applications to violate the academic integrity policies of any educational institution, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in malicious or unauthorized activity. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all local laws and organizational rules.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

skknexus applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or fit for any specific purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, skknexus, its founders, or contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, academic penalties, or operational downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications.

6. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate modifications by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apps after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
